Dear Sir,

As a resident in the Caerphilly CBC area, I am very happy with the current arrangements for recycling collections.  These are not too onerous for residents and are carried out very efficiently by Caerphilly CBC.  I am opposed to any changes that may involve the sorting of recycling waste prior to collection and feel that this would lead to lower levels of resident participation.
